ALPHA KIDS implements a developmentally appropriate program where children are encouraged to develop to their fullest potential and valued for their individual uniqueness. Our goal is to allow children to grow and develop at their own individual pace in a safe, nurturing environment. ALPHA KIDS believe children learn and develop through hands-on experiences with supportive Teachers by their sides.    ALPHA KIDS utilizes the HighReach Learning Curriculum which supports this belief. The curriculum aids staff in providing high quality activities and lessons that encourage and stimulate children in all areas of development; Social/Emotional, Physical, and Cognitive. ALPHA KIDS has a strong belief in family and the importance of their involvement with their child's early learning experience.

Jennifer L. Marrero - Jennifer has worked in Child Care for 15 years in a variety of positions.  In addition to directing both Child Care facilities she is also a Delaware First Trainer, preparing employees statewide for their experiences with young children.

She has always taken a hands-on approach with the children and families involved in her programs.  Prior to running her current Child Care and Education business, Jennifer worked as a Director for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware and the YMCA of Delaware. 

Jennifer holds a B.S. degree in Education from Kutztown University and is currently working on her Master’s Degree.  In addition, she has over 270 hours of training in the Early Child Care field.
